What is Save Your Seat?
SYS is a 5-year membership that gives you first option to buy good tickets for Simmons Bank Arena events before the general public. You're not buying a specific seat location - you're securing priority access from the SYS ticket allotment for each event*.
How much does it cost?
$2,500 per seat for the full 5‑year term.
► Payment is due at signup
► We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover
► Event ticket prices are not included; SYS guarantees early access, not the ticket itself
What kinds of events are included?
*Concerts, Disney On Ice, WWE, monster truck shows, Harlem Globetrotters, and other family shows and sporting events.
Why is there an asterisk by concerts?
Some artist contracts or governing bodies (NCAA, SEC, etc.) place limits on seat locations we're allowed to offer. When this happens, you'll be notified with your SYS order form for that event. For some of these events we cannot guarantee prime seating locations.
How do I find out about upcoming events?
You'll receive an order form 5-7 days before tickets go on sale to the public with event details, pricing, and your deadline to order tickets.
Do I get the same seat for every event?
No - because event layouts change, exact seats are not guaranteed, but SYS members always receive the best available options from our allotment.
Are floor seats included?
Floor seating for concerts is not included.
How do I order tickets?
When you receive your order form:
1. Fill it out
2. Email it to saveyourseat@simmonsbankarena.com before the deadline
Please make sure your order gets to us before the deadline on the form; orders received after the deadline cannot be processed and will be returned to you. SYS orders are processed in the order they are received, so the faster you reply, the better your seat options.
Can I sit with friends who also have SYS?
Yes! Just return your order forms at the same time and include a note on each form requesting to be seated together.
