Please Note: After a large event, Washington Avenue is closed between Olive and Cypress Streets to safely facilitate the large flow of pedestrian traffic. When this occurs, access to the handicap entrance (limited parking) is achieved by driving north on Olive Street to Washington Avenue where officers are normally available to assist if necessary in locating a safe loading position.
