EVENT INFORMATION

Due to enhanced security measures, we advise you to be here at 7:30pm.

Doors are scheduled to open at 7:30pm and showtime is 9:30pm.

MOBILE TICKETING INFORMATION

Make sure you view your mobile tickets in the Ticketmaster app before you come to the show, so it will save your mobile tickets in case you do not have service when you get to the arena.

COVID-19 INFORMATION

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination with official COVID-19 vaccination card OR proof a negative COVID-19 test that is administered and signed by a medical professional 48-hours prior to the event is required.

*NO AT HOME TESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

**Testing will be available on-site for an additional cost and will require additional time for entry into the venue.

Regardless of vaccination status, masks are required for this event.

ADDITIONAL INFO

An outdoor Harry Styles merchandise stand will be open starting on Tuesday, November 23rd from 2pm - 7pm and will also open Wednesday, November 24th at 3pm. This merchandise stand is located on Simmons Bank Arena Drive outside the Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame.

CAMERA POLICY:  No detachable lenses, If the camera can fit in your pocket, it is permitted.

Point and shoot only.  Cell phones and flip cameras are permitted. No video is allowed.

POSTER POLICY: There are no size restrictions on posters, however if the poster blocks the view of any patron or becomes a hindrance to the experience of any patron, it will be asked to be removed.

NO POSTER STICKS OR OFFENSIVE CONTENT IS ALLOWED.

Bags are allowed up to 14" x 14" x 6".

Walk-through magnetometers are mandatory for every Simmons Bank Arena Event.

Please be prepared to empty your pockets.

GENERAL ADMISSION INFO **UPDATED**

If you purchased a general admission pit ticket, please see the information below:

• Lining up for general pit admission will begin in the designated area, located at the corner of Simmons Bank Arena Drive and Washington Ave. (please see map).
• Lining up will begin at 9am on November 24th.
• You must have your proof of COVID-19 vaccine or negative test (administered by a medical professional) with you to lineup. * No home tests allowed
• Starting at 9am, you will receive a numbered credential which designates your entry order. Once you receive your number, you are free to leave.
• Entry screening will begin taking place at 5pm at the GA Staging Pit Area. We advise anyone who chooses to leave after receiving their numbered credential, to return by 5pm.
• You will turn in your numbered credential to receive your wristband as you enter Simmons Bank Arena. Simmons Bank Arena is not responsible for lost numbered credentials. If you do not have one, or return without one, you will lose your place in line.
• Complimentary water, coffee and hot chocolate will be available in the general admission staging area.
• Portable toilets will be available in the general admission staging area.
• Overnight camping will not be allowed.
• Simmons Bank Arena is not responsible for any personal belongings. Items such as chairs, blankets, large backpacks etc. are not allowed in the venue and must be returned to vehicles, hotels, etc.
